I am still in shockville…….
We got to the RV dealer at 8:30 am yesterday and our appointment was at 9 am. At 9am sharp they pulled the motor home in and took off the old part and installed the new one….at 9:45 they were done……WOW……fastest service ever and at the correct time….The service advisor wanted to know if we had time for a courtesy wash …..I said sure….and this was a warranty job….they washed the motor home and we were out of there at 10:30.
I must say that is not at all the norm at these places…..
Also as we were leaving Tucson the phone rang and they had set up an appointment to see the doctor about my back….I could not get in until November 23.……So we are planning on going into Mexico Monday .
That’s not very good timing for the Thanksgiving holiday , but we will take it…Probably come back up here a couple days before and a couple days after the appointment… |
