First a little announcement….

Anyone who has ever had an interest in coming into Mexico but were concerned about how to enter and where etc.
We would be more that glad to assist our family, friends, church family, by picking you up at the Phoenix or Tucson airport and transporting you to Puerto Penasco and back to the airport. We could help set up lodging while you are here and anything else that may be needed.
Please be aware NO Passport or NO Visa is needed at this time to drive into Mexico. You may want to bring a drivers license or birth certificate to prove citizenship if needed. If you want to rent a car in Phoenix and drive down yourself their are 3-4 rental agencies that will rent cars for Mexico travel, but as I said before we can pick you up and take you back to the airport…………………We would LOVE to have You…..
PS. This goes for people from Idaho also.

Last night was delicious………….

That is the only way to describe Amancio’s carne asada…..
He takes premium tenderloin beef and marinates it in orange slices, fresh orange juice, onions, oregano, and some secret ingredients…….
He then cooks it over an open flame grill with the fire being made with ironwood….

You take a piece of it and put it on a fresh flower tortilla, sprinkle some of Minerva’s homemade salsa on it and You have one of the best meals to be had…so tender it melts in your mouth and with one of kind flavor. Then of course you add the candy yams and other side items…..mmmmmmmmmm….good…..

After having Heidi’s shrimp at Senior Alfredo’s on Wednesday which is the best in Puerto Penasco we are in need of a good diet plan….

Also another thing happened yesterday that was as rare as it is in Georgia

This is a rain cloud coming in. It rained about half an inch here, which is a little unusual. Annual rainfall for town is 2 inches. The lightning was really intense. Some of the most I have ever seen. The rain was welcomed to help settle the dust and cool things off a little……..
