We are within 100 miles of coming full circle from where we left on September 26, 2007.
A lot of different campgrounds and several miles have been added to our resume.
We have thouroughly enjoyed our trip and will write up a summary of this trip when we do finally get home.
After leaving Tupelo, Mississippi we traveled to Cullman, Alabama.
My Mother,a sister, a son and a daughter live there. Almost forgot to mention my Grand-Doggie "Homer". I got to see and visit them and we even went around to some of the old stomping grounds of where I roamed as a kid.
After leaving Cullman we headed to Mountain Lakes Resort on Lake Guntersville. As most of you know we joined this membership campground almost 20 years ago and now the owner, Jean has decided to sell it. Jean is going to offer it for sale to the members first, and we are here to attend a meeting relating to that. After all our travels, this is still one of the prettiest places we go to.
I plan to take some pictures of Mountain Lakes and post them later..
